Your shelf knows what sells.Now it knows what's coming.

There are only two ways a shop loses money.

Both come from the same place. Somebody had to guess how much to buy, and the guess was made from memory.

A shopkeeper turning a customer away from an empty fridge while the customer walks to the shop next door.

You ran out

The customer wanted it, you did not have it. They walk to the next shop, and often they keep going there.

You bought too much

A till only records the past. These say something about next week.

  • Rainfall forecast
  • Festival calendar
  • Competitor offers
  • Shelf life remaining
  • Supplier lead time
  • Day of week
  • Nearby store demand
  • Temperature swing

It listens before it counts.

Every sale you ring up joins the rain due on Thursday, the festival two weeks out, and the offer the shop across the road just posted. One product, many signals, all of them local to you.

The curve bends before the week does.

Those signals become a number with a range around it. Not a single confident guess, but an honest span: this much, probably, and here is how sure the model actually is.

Then it shows its working.

Every forecast breaks down into the things that moved it, each with its own weight. If you disagree with the reason, you can disagree with the number. A figure you cannot interrogate is a figure you cannot trust.

And it stops, because you decide.

Forecastify proposes the order. Accept it, adjust the quantity, or throw it out. Nothing reaches a supplier until a person says so. The instinct stays yours, the arithmetic stops being yours.

The whole idea

A number you cannot question is a number you cannot use.

Most forecasting tools hand you a figure and expect belief. Forecastify treats every prediction as a claim that has to defend itself. Ask it something.

Attribution

Because 141 units is what the model expects on the festival weekend. Four signals moved it, and the largest was the festival itself at plus 42 percent against a normal Saturday.

Forecasting is the hard part. The rest should just happen.
